knowledge by designing and making a STRUCTURED SINAMAY HAT (crown and brim) that that would be suitable for any fancy wedding or
race meeting. The final piece of your course will be a COUTURE COCKTAIL HAT

 Sinamation 1 manipulated headpiece and swirled free-form disk
Design your own creation, and learn to shape and manipulate Sinamay on the Bias to create a
beautiful headpiece that can be embellished with colourful feathers and beads.
 Sinamay Structured Race Hat
Design a basic shape of a hat shape sinamay by blocking over one of my many rare and amazing
wooden blocks using traditional Millinery methods taught for generations.
Follow old world steps of making a hat and your hat will come together .You will trim and finish it
creatively.
 Couture Cocktail Percher Hats

During this course you will go through the techniques of millinery to create beautiful and elegant cocktail percher hats
You will learn about working with the foundation material BUCKRAM, blocking and covering it with a fabric of your choice.
The workshop coverers a selection of couture trimmings and professional finishing of any hat.
