We all love the look of straw braid, but it can be frustrating to sew without special equipment. In this three-day class, Laura Whitlock will introduce students to other uses for straw braid, including patterned techniques and creating beautiful trims. We’ll also cover the basics of sewing braid by hand or with a home sewing machine in order to create small basic shapes.
