Open Crown Sinamay Hat

Make your own beautiful brimmed sinamay hat while mastering two very different blocking techniques. The vintage-inspired open crown will be draped and sculpted using a length of bias sinamay, and the brim will be blocked with three layers of sinamay and finished with a wired and bound edge.
