Carole is a qualified Couture Milliner and is one of only a few full time milliners in Australia. She teaches millinery around the world and is a trail blazer for Australian milliners wishing to teach overseas. Carole is passionate about innovation in millinery and is instrumental in researching/developing & introducing thermo-formable and high tech materials into the millinery, fashion and Cosplay arenas since 2007.

She is believed to be the only Australian Milliner who has taught at the prestigious Royal College of Art, London where she is a regular visiting lecturer.

Carole delivers Masterclasses in London, Holland, New York, Canada and Australia.
