Claire Spooner is a professional freelance milliner based in North Yorkshire. She offers a theatrical millinery design and making service in period & contemporary headwear. Claire enjoys sharing her passion for hats through regular group talks & demos and workshops for venues across the UK.

Claire trained in millinery at Leeds College of Art & Design before setting up a bespoke label “Quaintrelle” 2010 and offering bespoke millinery. Her additional work in Costume at York Theatre Royal led her to change direction and become a theatrical milliner in 2016.
