Ideal for those of you already skilled in making hats and headpieces using Sinamay, this workshop will guide you through the process of
blocking a simple yet very fashionable “BUTTON HAT” or “ BI-BI’S”, covering it flawlessly with a fabric, creating a complimentary silk flower
and finally learning the variety of ideal ways to fix the small show-piece hat to the head (hat elastic, wire prongs, bandeau etc..)

Learning the art of shaping and covering, then falling in love with the skill of making Silk Flower using Lina’s traditional tools.
You will learn about making a pattern for your flower, about stiffening and shaping your petals with the heated tools.
The flower and the hat will be brought together harmoniously!
You can then proceed to trim your little darling using your already present skills or let Lina show you a few more tricks to add your
basket of Millinery know-how.
