Hat Blocks are the essential tool for every hat maker’s creative process.

During this workshop Adi Bertacchi, the owner of Cappelleria Bertacchi, will provide you with instructions to design your own hat block. Adi will share all his family’s secrets to make durable foam blocks.

By the end of the course, you’ll have produced a hat block which can be used during the Felt Hat making course where your hat will be shaped. No previous experience is required to attend this 2-day course. Adi will support you every step of this journey. Making your own custom block will be an easy and fun process with this course.
