MAKE A FASCINATOR – MILLINERY BASICS

In this introductory millinery workshop, you will learn how to create a fascinator from scratch using sinamay, veiling, and crinoline. Basic materials and equipment provided for this class.
This millinery workshop is held across two Tuesday evenings in May, from 5:30-8:30pm.
