Yards of Fun Workshop
June 11, 2020 - June 13, 2020
Maybe you’ve been wondering what the difference is between Pinokpok and Jinsin. And abaca? And Sinamay? And what in the world is Paris net? Take advantage of this 3 day class and get to know all about these beautiful materials. While they all come on a bolt, they have as many differences as they do similarities. Find out how they block (and IF they block!), how they roll and how they drape. This is a wonderful way to get to know all these materials, and while we are at it, we will throw in horsehair too. Students will complete 2-3 pieces in this workshop, depending on pace and complexity of design. Also, please note that no dying will be done during this class.
