Lee Duncan, of Hatsruck Couture Millinery, is an award winning couture milliner. She has been designing and making hats for 27 years, inspired by milliner’s of the 1920s through 1950s eras. Lee offers French couture millinery classes in the Los Angeles County, California, South Bay area, in the United States.

She has experience in all facets of millinery ranging from the making and covering of buckram frames and wire frames, to French flower making, including the sewing of straw braid by machine, and of course, the basics, felt and straw blocking.
