Lee Duncan, of Hatsruck Couture Millinery, is an award winning couture milliner. She has been designing and making hats for 27 years, inspired by milliner’s of the 1920s through 1950s eras. Lee offers French couture millinery classes in the Los Angeles County, California, South Bay area, in the United States.
