The course runs over 4 days from Monday to Thursday.
This course aims to teach you skills required to make hats and headpieces from start to finish. It involves some advanced skills in the art of hat making and to give you enough knowledge to design and make your own fantastic millinery.
By the end of the course, you will have achieved a greater understanding and ability to confidently make hats in the future.
Courses will be held in the beautiful town of Fumel in South West France. The venue is the stunning Chateau Maison Belhomme based in the town. It was built by Senator Belhomme who was a significant member of the French government. The chateau sits alongside the river Lemance, which runs into the river Lot. In the past, dignitaries and other esteemed people have visited the chateau, such as President Gambetta and Josephine Baker.
You will spend a week of creating wonderful headpieces, making friends and experiencing a little bit of beautiful France.
