About Me

Bobbi is City and Guilds trained, level 2, 3 and Diploma. She has done a placement with Stephen Jones and then with Noel Stewart. In her home studio just outside Worcester, Bobbi makes all sorts of hats for private clients. She loves making and creating, every hat is unique.

If you would like to learn how to make couture hats Bobbi gives individual and group tuition in her studio in the Worcestershire countryside.

Bobbi can cover all aspects of millinery, felt, straw, sinamay, fabric covered shapes, leather – in fact any material you may wish to work with. A day or a series of days can be tailor made to the individuals requirements.

A range of different aspects of hat making can be covered, fascinators, hatinators, pill boxes, perchers, wedding hats, show hats, theatrical hats and so on. All materials can be supplied, unless something specific is required, in which case you may wish to bring your own. Materials are charged extra to any tuition cost.

A day is usually from 10.00 until 4.00 with tea and coffee throughout and a light lunch included.

Days can be organized to suit you. Perhaps you are an existing milliner wanting to hone a few skills. It could be you want to learn the art of hat making with a view to it becoming a business. Maybe you are a small group of girls or boys wanting a day out doing something entirely different or a hen party wanting to make hatinators for the wedding.
