This was everyone’s favorite technique out of all that I taught during the 5-day Millinery Masterclass at Austin Community College this summer. It’s a fun and fast method for creating a sinamay fascinator and the possibilities are endless!

Students will work with bias sinamay, balsa utility blocks and steamers to drape, wrap, twist and twirl unique free-form fascinators, bows or turbans. The resulting design can be attached to a headband or fascinator base with elastic.

The class fee of $225 includes all supplies, but you are welcome to bring along brooches, buttons, buckles, feathers, etc. to personalize your design.

We will take a one hour lunch break mid-day.
