Jenny Roberts is one of the North’s leading milliners. Recognised for her couture brand, she has been creating beautifully crafted pieces for her clients for over 15 years.  Over the last 9 years she has gained an international reputation for the Millinery School, teaching to the highest standard for hobby and professional milliners.

Offering a variety of classes from her Harrogate based School Jenny is thrilled to be offering this course.

The course will involve:

• A choice of over 30 coloured fur felts (these contribute for a 3rd of the course cost) which will be prepared ready for you to block
• Exploration of different trims you can use on Fedora’s.
• With tuition you will block your fur felt hood to your desired head size and shape.
• Creation of a feather trim or a petersham trim to adorn your hat

You will leave with:

• • Knowledge of how to block a fedora crown using a choice of wooden blocks and using pinning and steaming millinery techniques and how to size your fedora and trim your brim to suit.

  • A fur felt fedora hat (which fits!)
