Adeola Rachael Agbana is the Co-founder & Creative Director, Allured by Ruby.
She is a Milliner, an accomplished Online Tutor & Entrepreneur who has a passion for helping women achieve self-discovery and fulfillment by awakening their creativity while also helping them monetize their innate skills and capabilities.

She knows how important self-fulfillment is for long-term happiness and has invested the past few years of her career to guiding as many women as possible in the Millinery sector of the Fashion industry to achieving what they’ve always dreamed of. A strong drive to impart her knowledge and creative skills, has enabled her train and mentor over 13,000 amazing women worldwide through various platforms.

With a visible online presence on Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube, she boasts a membership of over 31,000 women drawn across various countries, careers and business entities enabling the cross pollination of business discussions, headwear making tutorials, illustrations & free advertorials.

A fashionpreneur par excellence, highly creative and multi-talented, she is passionate about the headwear/millinery sector of the fashion industry. Presently, through the Allured by Ruby Headwear School, her physical, online trainings and live streams has helped hundreds of women discover their creativity, achieve self-sustenance and growth for their businesses.

The mission is to provide women in Africa and beyond with top notch millinery products and headwear training, help master the skill and transit them into generating sustainable income from their products, expertise and experience.

Adeola is a graduate of Psychology from the Lagos State University, an alumnus of the Leading Ladies Business Institute (LLBI) and also a member of the British Millinery Association CIC and the American Psychological Association (APA).

Outside of work, Adeola likes to read, eat out, travel and affect lives in so many ways outside the boundaries of Nigeria and Africa as a whole.
She is happily married to the love of her life, a mother of two lovely children and resides in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria.
