The courses will be held in the town of Casillonnes South West France. The venue is the stunning chateau, Hotel De Cours Thomazeau.

Each course will run over a 5-day period with one day off in the middle. This will enable you to visit local attractions as well as experiencing the town of Castillonnes itself. It also gives you a day off from the workroom, believe me you will thank me for it!

Refreshments and lunch will be provided throughout the week.

During the course of the week, you will:

1. Learn traditional millinery making skills

2. Design and make your own hat/headpiece

3. Learn how to use various millinery materials for construction

4. Gain an understanding of different forms of hats and which tools to use, such as wood blocks, free form and equipment used in the processes.

5. Go home with at least 1 piece made by your own hands

6. Meet new friends whilst having a brilliant experience.

For those who are travelling from further afield, you will need accommodation. The chateau has rooms available which will need to be booked and paid for separately from the millinery course.
